Job Responsibilities:

· Provide students with detailed information about Roof Academy's educational programs and opportunities, and support them in making choices that are in line with their educational goals
· Guide students in academic planning, goal setting, and establishing personal development paths
· Provide individual and group counseling to students in order to solve the difficulties they encounter in the educational process
· Support students in social and emotional issues, and regularly monitor their development
· Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to strengthen students' academic and personal development, and ensure effective educational communication
· Enter all work processes and student data into the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner
· Complete assignments assigned by management within the specified time frame and with high quality

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields
· Work experience in education or social services is an advantage
· Excellent communication skills, active listening skills, and presentation skills
· Ability to correctly analyze students' needs and approach them with empathy
· Strong organizational, effective time management, and problem-solving skills problem-solving skills
· Theoretical and practical knowledge of basic methods and approaches in the field of education
· Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions
· English language proficiency: B2
· Ability to use MS Office programs
